If you are like most machinery manufacturers, there is a body of your older machines out in the field that need some help. While the iron is still good, the aging controls, drives, & motors are a support nightmare.

Matching Connectors

By pre-wiring cable harnesses that mate to the existing connectors on the machine, the control changeover time is quick and easy. We've done packages that did not require a single wire on the machine to be cut!

Enclosures

We will design sized panels that fit right into the existing cabinets, or else a new box that attaches to the side of the machine. Wherever possible, we will match op station hole sizes, etc, to minimize the changes required on the machine its self.

Plan for Machine Options

Our application engineer will do a study of several machines to make sure we cover all options. The resulting standardized logic will work on any machine. Just do an initial set-up of the parameters file that specifies the options that exist on any given machine in the field.

When we design the new control with a similar look and feel as the old one, we leverage the operator's existing knowledge of the machine and minimize the training time required.

2-3 Day Install & Training

If these packages are done right, then the job should be done in just a few days. Bolt on, connect up, set some parameters, and exercise the machine thru its paces. All that is left is to hang around for a while, to train the operators!

Using the old control as an application road map, we can put together retrofit packages that are easy to install. Sell them cookie-cutter style to your existing customer base.
