We can take the burden of phone support off of your shoulders.
If you work with customers around the world, or in high volume production environments with 3 shifts, we can set up a technical hotline dedicated to your product lines. We'll have someone on call 24 hours 7 days per week, every day of the year.
If we've done the controls engineering, we can plan for real time machine event monitoring. We can go online to see exactly what is happening with the machine, a history of operator & error messages, and even run the machine remotely from our laptop.
With our ability to work online, we can link up to the machine and communicate with the operator via audio and video connection. We'll walk the operator thru the problems, and never even have to get in the car.
We'll make sure to get copies of all machine prints, manuals, etc on CD so that we're not stuck waiting till the office opens on Monday. |
