Developing your product is only half the battle. Once the machine is ready to ship, you still have to write operator manuals, maintenance manuals, installation manuals, and on and on. We can produce all of these documents, as well as meticulously tracking updates and revisions.
Our services cover the whole job. Not only do we handle the tech materials, but our services extend all the way into the marketing and sales literature. Your well designed machines are no good to anybody if you don't have the tools to sell the stuff!

We write manuals for: operation, programming, start-up, installation, maintenance and online help files.
Interconnection prints & Bill of Materials.
Our engineering disciplines include providing materials for sales and marketing personnel. We can design sales literature for any medium, including: machine spec sheets, web pages, flyers and post cards, and magazine ads.
We can comply with any formats you wish. But as a standard, all of our prints, manuals, and documents are on Microsoft compatible file formats. They are output in Adobe Acrobat .pdf files, and distributed online.
Each job is assigned a job reference AMID# (Ampion Material IDentification). Machine logic, prints, manuals, and any other documentation go on our backed-up network, and filed under our job reference AMID#.
We are downright fanatical about making sure that revisions, mods, & updates make it into the final documentation. What's more we keep every version and revision backed up as a reference.

If you haven't documented what you have done in a clear and detailed manner, then your hard work goes out the window! Your hard-fought engineering is no good in the future, if you don't take the time to explain it in your prints & manuals.
