OEM Support Services

For those times when you are selling machines faster than you can install them, we can get out on site to keep the sales flowing nicely.

Installation Service . . . 

  • Initial Start-up

We will have an engineer on site to power up the machine, debug it and runoff parts.

  • Rigger Babysitting!

You'll have an ally in the field watching out for your interests.  We'll keep an eye on (famously unreliable!) trucking companies, and make sure the riggers are careful with the machines.  

  • Final Sign Off

Given a clear guideline of what is included in your terms of sale, we will work quickly towards final signoff.  All too often, service engineers forget to use the contract as the road map to getting it running, getting out, and getting you paid.

  • Training

We will hold training sessions on site as per your terms of sale.  We can do classroom training, work out on the machine, or both. 

  • Warranty Support

If you have a certain amount of the sale price parsed off for warranty support, you can pay this amount to us and we will step up.  The customer can call us direct for any warranty support after that point, and you can move on to selling more machines.
