OEM Support Services

Our ASR (Authorized Service Representative) program is designed to help you provide premium service to your end user customers.  Instead of hiring new employees, add us to your list of service resources.  

When calls come in, dispatch us to the job site just like you would with your own staff.  We will use your field service report forms, wear your uniforms, and the customer will never even know that it was a contractor. 

Our standard ASR contracts include confidentiality and non-compete provisions to protect your interests.  After all, YOU are our customer, and not the end user.  We want to build long term relationships with OEM's, so we've got to stick closely to the rules!

We service any support equipment that a machine tool uses, such as chip conveyors, coolant systems, etc.

We can build up stock of common failure items, or machine consumables to help boost availability of parts to your customers.

With passports in hand, we're ready to go.  If you need help in our city, country, or anywhere else in the world, we'll get there to do the job.
