When it comes to applying machine controls, it can be difficult to put the pieces together in the way that makes the most sense.

Use our experience on product selection, panel layout, device interconnection, E-Stop string design, enclosure selection, and power distribution. Then we'll draw it out and deliver all of the finished prints.

We can comply with any documentation formats you wish. But as a standard, all of our prints, manuals, and documents are on Microsoft compatible file formats. They are output in Adobe Acrobat .pdf files, and distributed online.

Vendor & Parts Specification

Axis drive & motors: sizing, selection, mechanical. Spindle drive selection, CNC hardware & options selection, display, op station, enclosure, relays, raceway & commodity items.

Interconnection Prints

Our documentation sets include all magnetics: incoming service, discreet relays overloads, disconnects, drives, power distribution, feedback devices and all I/O device interfaces.

Bill of Materials

This file is neatly organized showing vendor stock number, manufacturer's part number, specifications, quantities needed and any optional items.

Conformance to Existing Standards

We keep a keen eye on common standards to how your products are laid out now. We will match connectors & op station hole sizing of your existing machines, to make the new control as easy to install as possible. This also avoids major changes to the existing machine configuration if you are changing over from one control to another.

Control Kits

Once the engineering is done, we can produce control kits that bolt on to your machines. We can act as your panel build house and provide all of the instructions to your production staff who build the machines. We can help purchase, stock, and manage your inventory of components at our location.

With your specs in hand, we can put a customized engineering package together for you. - We do all of the legwork, helping you keep on time with your product schedules.
